About The Position

As a VP, Servicing Analytics & Business Strategy, you will lead teams responsible for developing and executing strategies that optimize portfolio performance across our auto finance servicing organization. You will partner closely across key business areas to identify opportunities that increase payment performance and minimize defaults across ACA’s servicing portfolio. In this role, you’ll dive deep into the business to uncover operational and strategic levers that drive measurable business outcomes, efficiencies, and long-term portfolio value. You will shape the strategic direction of ACA, turning insights into high-impact actions that unlock long‑term growth.

Requirements

15+ years of experience shaping vision, delivering results, and leading with impact.
Excellent communication skills, with a track record of influencing enterprise-wide decisions.
Strong people leader with experience leading leaders, setting performance standards, making talent decisions, and developing future leaders.
Consultant mindset with ability to identify business challenges, uncover strategic opportunities and operationalize insights.
Experience operating in complex or matrixed organizations.
