As we continue to evolve and grow, we are seeking a transformational sales leader to accelerate our wholesale business and strengthen our position in the marketplace. The Vice President of Sales will lead prAna's North American Wholesale business, developing and executing a growth strategy that expands distribution, deepens strategic account partnerships, and drives profitable revenue growth. Reporting directly to the President, this leader will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, helping shape brand strategy, influence product and marketplace decisions, and ensure strong cross-functional alignment across Sales, Merchandising, Product Creation, Planning, Marketing, and DTC. This role requires a leader who combines strategic thinking with commercial execution, builds high-performing teams, and thrives in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate brings deep wholesale apparel experience, exceptional relationship-building skills, strong business acumen, and a passion for creating winning outcomes for consumers, customers, and the brand.
