The VP Sales, NA position is responsible for establishing the sales targets to meet the company objectives. This position is also responsible for developing strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization and also accountable for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the Sales organization. Reporting to the Business Unit President, this position needs to foster close relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the sales organization’s efficient operation and success. This position will manage a sales team in NA.
