The Vice President, Sales – Men's Private Label will be responsible for driving profitable revenue growth and expanding strategic partnerships across men's intimates, underwear, basics, loungewear, sleepwear, and apparel categories. This individual will serve as a key commercial leader focused on identifying, developing, and growing business opportunities with leading brands and retailers. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in men's apparel and intimate apparel, understands product development and costing, and has a proven track record of building successful private label and branded programs. The VP of Sales will leverage strong industry relationships and market knowledge to secure new business, expand existing partnerships, and collaborate closely with Design, Product Development, Sourcing, Production, Planning, and Finance to deliver innovative, profitable solutions for customers. This role requires a highly entrepreneurial, growth-oriented leader who understands how to bring product opportunities from concept to customer while balancing profitability, operational execution, and long-term strategic growth.
