As a Sales Manager, you will manage Retail Lending Consumer Direct Production Loan Officer (LO) teams. These teams pursue residential mortgage lending from prospective leads generated via Customer Sales Reps (CSR) outbound phone solicitations, mail marketing campaigns, and inbound inquiry customer calls. Your primary goal will be to manage your team to achieve sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). In addition to overseeing a team of Loan Officers, you will contribute to all aspects of the AmeriHome Retail Lending production platform.
