About The Position

You will shape and execute the global growth strategies across various industrial industries and customers while working closely with Heat Transfer and Energy Solutions (HTES) and Components leadership teams. The mission will be to profitably grow the HTES Group; relentlessly living the Wabtec Core Values and delivering against Corporate Sustainability Initiatives. How will you make a difference? Strategic Sales Leadership Define and implement high-impact sales strategies for large-scale Industrial clients. Build trusted relationships at every level, with a strong focus on C-suite engagement. Translate customer insights into actionable plans using data-driven KPIs. Sales Team accountability as it relates to strategic OEM account growth. Team Leadership & Development Inspire and mentor a high-performing account team, setting clear goals, sales accountability, and fostering career growth. Champion cross-functional / cross-business collaboration to deliver exceptional solutions. Promote a culture of diversity, inclusion, and innovation. Revenue Growth & Market Expansion Identify and capture new revenue streams within existing and emerging accounts. Drive financial performance through accurate forecasting, KPI management, and strategic planning. Identify merger and acquisition targets. Function as a key member of the due diligence team, where needed, for M&A activity across the HTES Group. Customer & Industry Engagement Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate, ensuring customer priorities align with profitable growth & product roadmap. Represent Wabtec at industry events, positioning the company as a leader in Energy Solutions. Market Intelligence & Innovation Stay ahead of industry trends, including engine solutions and heat transfer technologies. Provide insights that guide digital transformation and sustainability initiatives. Compliance & Governance Ensure all engagements meet regulatory and corporate standards. Manage contracts and escalations with professionalism and precision.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a variety of Sales or Marketing leadership positions
  • Candidate must be willing to travel 50%+

Nice To Haves

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership in matrixed organizations in a similar scope/scale role
  • Masters in Business Administration
  • Proven success managing high-value, global accounts and negotiating strategic deals
  • Deep knowledge of Heat Transfer technologies, ESG drivers, and sustainability trends
  • Strong industry presence and reputation for building trusted relationships
  • Proven ability to influence commercial, technical, and executive stakeholders

  • Ability to present to outside customers and all levels of the organization
