We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Vice President, Marketing at our Home Office in Longwood, FL. The Vice President, Marketing will help plan and execute various marketing and communications initiatives, including Sentry’s website, social media, direct mail, email, reputation management, sales support, and internal and external communications. This role will also oversee lead generation programs and collaborate with leaders from other support teams. The ideal candidate is both a visionary leader and a hands-on collaborator who excels in building high-performing teams and delivering measurable results. To be successful in this role, you should have strong written and verbal communication skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve and implement department processes.

Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Have 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • At least 5 years of direct management of lead generation campaigns
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, brand strategy, and demand generation
  • Proven experience working with or for digital, advertising, and marketing agencies to develop creative, measurable marketing campaigns
  • Hands-on experience developing and managing website content, optimizing user experience, and improving conversion rates
  • Advanced organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage relationships with internal department heads, external vendors, and related parties
  • Experience with SaaS marketing products, including CRMs, project management, reputation management, and CMS
  • Proven ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously with a project management system
  • Proven ability to effectively delegate to and supervise personnel
  • Proven ability to develop and implement policies and procedures

Responsibilities

  • Strengthen and evolve the company’s brand identity, messaging, and market presence via creative campaigns, digital presence, and reputation management.
  • Oversee public relations, internal communications, and thought-leadership initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent brand expression across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Build multi-channel marketing programs to drive lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth.
  • Optimize digital marketing strategies including SEO/SEM, marketing automation, social media, and web experience.
  • Establish key performance metrics and continuously monitor campaign effectiveness utilizing CRM data.
  • Develop and manage website content, optimize user journeys, and improve conversion rates through data‑driven insights.
  • Enhance website usability, refine messaging, and create digital experiences that support both user needs and business objectives.
  • Help to lead and mentor a nimble and resourceful marketing team; foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration and provide support to Business Development, Learning & Development, Human Resources, and other operational support departments.
  • Consistently evaluate scalable processes, systems, and best practices across the department
