About The Position

Vice President of Marketing Location: Remote (United States) About Transit Technologies  Transit Technologies serves as the parent company to a diverse network of transportation products and services that, together, cover the entire lifecycle of a vehicle using best-in-class software. An industry leader in the making, Transit Technologies is on a path to becoming a one-stop shop for transit solutions; a full end-to-end provider of revolutionized mobility services. We’re seeking a strategic and execution-focused Vice President of Marketing to drive our go-to-market strategy across our suite of transportation technology businesses. As we integrate multiple acquired companies that are currently operating in silos, this role will lead the charge in unifying our brand, messaging, and demand generation strategies across Transit Technologies' portfolio. This position requires a hands-on, data-driven marketing leader with deep SaaS experience, especially in product marketing, sales enablement, and demand generation. You will report directly to the CRO and oversee a team responsible for brand development, performance marketing, content, and field marketing across our core business units.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven success leading marketing integration efforts post-acquisition.
  • Expertise in product marketing, demand generation, and brand strategy.
  • Experience partnering with distributed sales and product teams.
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

  • Strong understanding of the transportation, mobility, or logistics sector (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Lead marketing planning and execution across all business lines and functional marketing areas.
  • Drive the integration of siloed brands and marketing operations from acquired businesses into a unified go-to-market engine.
  • Own product positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions across core offerings.
  • Partner with product, sales, and customer success to define and communicate product-market fit.
  • Build sales enablement tools, case studies, pitch decks, and competitive battle cards.
  • Oversee development and execution of digital marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), and performance campaigns.
  • Set clear pipeline growth goals in partnership with sales leadership.
  • Optimize channel performance across content, SEO, paid media, email, and field events.
  • Develop and maintain a unified Transit Technologies brand architecture.
  • Manage corporate communications, thought leadership, PR, and analyst relations.
  • Elevate Transit Technologies' voice as a leader in transportation software and mobility innovation.
  • Own marketing tech stack strategy, budgeting, and performance tracking.
  • Implement processes to measure ROI and effectiveness across all channels.
  • Build scalable campaign frameworks and testing methodologies.
