About The Position

The Vice President – Safety will lead the strategic direction, execution, and continuous improvement of safety and workforce development programs across our midstream pipeline and power generation operations. This executive will unify safety priorities across multiple operating groups and project sites, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and dedication to doing the right thing. The successful candidate will bring deep field experience in high-hazard energy operations/construction, a proven record of implementing scalable safety management systems, and the ability to influence outcomes across complex, multi-site organizations. This is a high-visibility servant leadership position reporting to the SVP Operations and requires significant travel to maintain a strong presence in the field and across operating units.
