Vice President Revenue Operations & Analytics

Bond OpCo, LLCFort Lauderdale, FL

About The Position

BOND is a rapidly growing private aviation company revolutionizing fractional aircraft ownership and private aircraft management, delivering an elevated and seamless flying experience for discerning clients. Supported by a landmark Bombardier fleet order, we are building a modern fleet of late-model super-midsize and ultra-long-range aircraft and assembling a team committed to operational excellence, safety, and white-glove service. As we scale toward launch and long-term growth, we are seeking professionals who want to help build a next-generation aviation company and play a meaningful role in shaping how it operates from the ground up. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role for a modern RevOps leader who can both set the strategy and do the work — building dashboards, improving Salesforce inputs, connecting systems, and using modern AI tools to move quickly without a large support team. You'll have meaningful exposure to BOND's senior leadership team and will work closely with the Chief Sales Officer and broader executive team.

Requirements

  • ~12–15+ years of total professional experience, with meaningful time in revenue operations, sales operations, commercial operations, revenue strategy, or commercial finance.
  • Background in finance, consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, or another analytically rigorous discipline strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of direct RevOps, Sales Ops, or Commercial Operations experience, ideally within enterprise SaaS, financial software, marketplace, or high-value B2B sales environments.
  • Strong Salesforce expertise, including pipeline management, dashboarding, activity tracking, and data quality improvement.
  • Advanced Excel/modeling capabilities, with the ability to translate data into executive-ready reporting.
  • High fluency with AI and automation tools, with the ability to build reporting workflows, dashboards, and templates yourself.
  • Experience in a private equity-backed, growth equity-backed, or founder-led company where speed and hands-on execution are the norm.
  • Ability to influence and hold accountable senior sales professionals without direct authority.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Prior sales, sales strategy, or sales-adjacent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build BOND's revenue operating system — the reporting infrastructure, dashboards, and performance cadence that give leadership clear visibility into revenue performance.
  • Own pipeline visibility and forecasting, giving leadership real-time insight into pipeline health, conversion, and sales pacing against aircraft delivery and inventory timing.
  • Drive Salesforce discipline and data hygiene across the sales organization, ensuring clean, reliable inputs and consistent CRM adherence.
  • Hold the sales team accountable to pipeline hygiene, activity tracking, and CRM compliance while earning the trust of a seasoned, high-performing sales team.
  • Balance revenue demand with aircraft availability, partnering with finance and strategy to keep sales momentum aligned with delivery timing and capacity.
  • Leverage AI and automation — Claude or equivalent tools — to build reporting workflows, strengthen data capture, and scale revenue operations without relying on engineering.
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, finance, strategy, program management, and technology to connect revenue activity with broader business planning.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience
  • Performance-based bonus eligibility (role dependent)
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance with supplemental coverage options and company-paid life insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off and company holidays for eligible roles
