The Vice President, Research, Innovation and Education reports to the Executive Vice President Chief Research and Academic Officer and is accountable to the mission and goals of Cleveland Clinic. The Vice President, Research, Innovation and Education is the key executive responsible for providing strategic leadership, direction and oversight of enterprise areas engaged in basic, translational and clinical research, academic medical and allied healthcare education and training, and technology transfer of Cleveland Clinic inventions. In partnership with the Executive Vice President Chief Research and Academic Officer team, this leader develops and executes strategy to achieve key enterprise-wide objectives. Additionally, this caregiver provides leadership of change management efforts in relation to growth, strategy execution, FTE management and operational efficiencies.
