Responsibilities

  • Define and drive a comprehensive patient engagement strategy and framework rooted in evidence-based behavior change models, including motivation theory, self-determination theory, habit formation, and relapse prevention principles. Use AI-powered orchestration tools to automate sequencing and adapt patient journeys dynamically based on real-time behavior and behavioral risk indicators.
  • Own the development and tracking of core engagement KPIs including activation rates, enrollment, retention curves, pathway completion, and sustained participation.
  • Collaborate closely with Clinical, Product, Data, Engineering, and Care Operations to align engagement initiatives with Equip's care model and growth strategy. Serve as the bridge between clinical evidence and digital execution, translating therapeutic frameworks into scalable product and content decisions, and championing responsible AI adoption in a clinically sensitive context.
