The Vice President, Program Controls provides strategic leadership over cost, schedule, risk, reporting, and project management information system (PMIS) the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA) capital development program across Orlando International Airport (MCO) and Orlando Executive Airport (ORL). The role ensures that airfield, terminal, landside, and support facility projects are delivered predictably, safely, and in compliance with FAA, TSA, FDOT, and GOAA policies. Advise executive leadership on program performance, risks, and strategic trends. This position serves as the business owner for the Program Management Information System (PMIS), ensuring data integrity, audit readiness, and transparent reporting to executives, the Board, and external partners. The role collaborates closely with GOAA’s Planning, Engineering, Construction, Finance, Procurement, Operations, IT, and external program management consultants to support decision making across a the capital program.
