Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 12 years of experience in leading product development start to finish, including shipping customer-facing products
• Program management experience, including defining and documenting business requirements and functional specifications

Nice To Haves

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives
• MBA or Master's degree
• Experience in Real Estate or Property Management industry
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions
• Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners
• High attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
• Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired
• Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done

Responsibilities

• Lead Technology Vision – Work with technology team to align development with product roadmap
• Lead Product Definition – Own and drive the customer working backwards strategy, tenets, long-term goals and working backwards documents ( including customer and market feedback, competitive analysis and business metrics to inform direction)
• Define Product Vision – Including future roadmap, investment, innovation and experimentation
• Oversee Product Planning and Development – Including customer goals and business requirements for product release, ensuring implementation is aligned with product goals and requirements, and ownership of product positioning
• Lead Product Launch – Own the plan to deliver results that ensure the customer and business goals are met in operational launch plans
• Lead Operations – Including monitoring and response to customer feedback, continuous improvement and business growth
