Hamilton Lane AdvisorsConshohocken, PA

About The Position

Join Hamilton Lane, a global leader in private markets, as we scale to meet the demands of our growing client base. Here, you’ll work with ambitious, high‑performing teams built on integrity, candor and collaboration, backed by our market-leading data and technology. We invest heavily in our people and our partners, giving you the platform to enrich lives, safeguard futures and grow your career. As one of the largest private markets investment firms globally, we provide innovative solutions to institutional and private wealth investors around the world, specializing in flexibility and full-spectrum access. We currently employ approximately 800 professionals operating in offices throughout North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and the Middle East, and have $1.0 trillion in assets under management and supervision, composed of $146.1 billion in discretionary assets and $871.5 billion in non-discretionary assets, as of December 31, 2025. The Opportunity: Private markets are opening to a new investor base. Structural changes including the proliferation of evergreen and interval fund structures, expansion of wealth platforms, and growing advisor appetite for alternatives, are reshaping how private markets capital is raised. Firms that can educate, enable, and build conviction with financial advisors at scale will win a disproportionate share of that capital. The VP of Product Marketing is a newly created role responsible for how Hamilton Lane's private wealth products are positioned, explained, and sold — building the marketing infrastructure that helps the firm compete and win in the channel. That means developing the content, messaging, and sales enablement materials that move financial advisors from awareness to allocation. You’ll be responsible for the full product marketing lifecycle: from shaping positioning frameworks and fund narratives, to building the materials sales use in the field, to coordinating go-to-market execution for new launches. You will translate complex investment concepts into content that is clear, credible, and built around how private markets fit into a broader wealth portfolio.
