About The Position

The Vice President, Process Transformation is accountable for setting the enterprise strategy and direction for transformation of our work processes, ensuring critical cross-functional processes are prioritized, integrated, and optimized to deliver business results. This role leads the Process Transformation Office (TMO) as a lean enterprise capability, enabling enterprise-level prioritization, tradeoff decisions, and value realization across complex initiatives that span multiple functions, systems, and geographies. The role operates through influence, alignment, and executive decision forums, ensuring enterprise outcomes are achieved through functional execution rather than direct ownership. This position is located at our corporate office in Green Bay, WI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field required
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership, experience in process transformation, operations, or enterprise transformation
  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide, cross-functional transformation initiatives
  • Experience operating at the executive level with direct interaction with senior leadership (e.g., CEO, COO, CFO, CHRO)
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes tied to strategy execution
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance (at least state minimum- more might be required), acceptable driving record per Schreiber Foods discretion, and vehicle that will ensure applicant can meet the travel necessities of the position are required.
  • Schreiber requires that an employee have authorization to work in the country in which the role is based. In the event, an applicant does not have current work authorization, Schreiber will determine, in its sole discretion, whether to sponsor an individual for work authorization. However, based on immigration requirements, not all roles are suitable for sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or Masters in a related field such as Operations, Engineering, Business or Organizational Leadership preferred
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or Process Excellence Certification preferred
  • Experience establishing enterprise governance, prioritization frameworks, and value realization discipline preferred

Responsibilities

  • Set Enterprise Process Transformation Strategy: Define and communicate the enterprise strategy and vision for process transformation, aligned to business priorities and financial outcomes
  • Translate enterprise strategy into a focused set of cross-functional process outcomes and performance targets
  • Establish enterprise standards for process performance, value realization, and transformation discipline
  • Oversee Enterprise Horizontal Process Design & Optimization: Ensure enterprise processes are designed for end-to-end value flow, not functional efficiency
  • Guide enterprise-level diagnostics and value stream analysis to identify performance gaps
  • Promote standardization and simplification to reduce complexity and value leakage across systems and workflows
  • Lead Enterprise Tradeoff Decisions: Facilitate enterprise-level decision-making where functional priorities conflict
  • Drive clarity on what to start, stop, sequence, or deprioritize based on enterprise value
  • Partner with executive leadership to ensure timely, transparent, and aligned decisions
  • Ensure Value Realization & Performance Discipline: Define and maintain enterprise KPIs and outcome metrics tied to transformation initiatives
  • Ensure business case integrity, including alignment between expected and realized value
  • Hold enterprise leaders accountable for measurable outcomes beyond initiative completion
  • Oversee Enterprise Change Integration & Adoption: Ensure transformation initiatives are sequenced to manage cumulative change impact
  • Align change efforts to enable sustainable adoption of new processes and ways of working
  • Identify and mitigate enterprise-level adoption risks across concurrent initiatives
