About The Position

Clarity is redefining how private companies and their shareholders access liquidity. Through its institutional-grade platform, Clarity brings together buyers, sellers, and issuers to facilitate secondary transactions in venture-backed, pre-IPO companies, introducing efficiency, transparency, and standardization to an otherwise opaque asset class. As Vice President, Private Capital Solutions at Clarity, you will lead a growing team helping private companies address their capital and liquidity needs. In this high-visibility role, you will engage directly with founders, CFOs, and legal teams at leading venture-backed companies, combining capital markets expertise with Clarity’s investor network and transaction management technology. You will be a hands-on commercial leader, personally developing relationships and winning mandates while building the team, sales practices, and operating discipline that support sustained growth. Our solutions span primary capital raising, company-sponsored secondary transactions and buybacks, tender offers, transaction administration, and managed markets.
