The Vice President, Practice Head is responsible for driving revenue growth, solution development and market positioning, by combining industry expertise and account management growth leadership. The individual will work with the Executive Team to define and execute the go to market strategy and achieve company revenue and growth targets. This role focuses on expanding and optimizing existing client relationships, while enabling new business through industry insight and solution development. It operates at the intersection of revenue growth, client strategy, and operational execution. The Practice Head partners closely with Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership to shape go-to-market strategy, unlock organic growth, and build differentiated solutions that deliver measurable client and business outcomes.
