Progressive Leasing is a leading provider of in-store and e-commerce lease-to-own solutions. With more than 20 years in FinTech, we’ve grown from start-up to industry leader by innovating, simplifying, and valuing people. We are a subsidiary of PROG Holdings (NYSE: PRG), a FinTech holding company with three business segments: Progressive Leasing, Purchasing Power (a leading employee purchase program for consumer products and services using payroll deduction), and Four, a Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) platform. About PROG Holdings PROG Holdings (NYSE: PRG) is a financial technology holding company committed to expanding access to ownership for everyday people. Through our family of brands — including Progressive Leasing, Four, MoneyApp, and Purchasing Power — we deliver innovative, responsible financial solutions to millions of Americans. We are a high‑growth company where the People function is a strategic partner to the business, operating with visibility, influence, and accountability at the executive level. The Opportunity We are looking for an executive‑caliber People leader to serve as Vice President of People for Purchasing Power (PPC) and enterprise People Partner Operations across PROG Holdings. This is a senior, highly visible role for a People executive who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, people leadership, and organizational performance. This is a hybrid role, working three days per week from Purchasing Power's Atlantic Station office. As VP of People, you carry a dual mandate: You are the most senior People leader for Purchasing Power — a member of the PPC executive team and the architect of its people strategy through and beyond integration into PROG. At the same time, you lead PROG’s enterprise People Partner function: forward‑facing HR leaders embedded across every business unit and function, including operations in India. People Partners are PROG’s primary bridge between the People function and the business. They sit close to leaders and teams and are accountable for driving performance through organizational design, talent management, workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations. This is consultative, high‑judgment HR work at its best. This role reports directly to PROG’s Chief People Officer and partners closely with enterprise COEs spanning Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, HR Technology, Learning & Development, Communications, Engagement, and Community Outreach. The person who succeeds in this role will be well‑positioned for expanded enterprise People leadership as PROG continues to scale.
