About The Position

Greystone Energy Systems Inc. (Greystone) is seeking a Vice President, People & Culture to help shape and support its next phase of success. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the organization is positioned to scale effectively as it continues to grow. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, with a dotted line relationship to the Chief People and Culture Officer, Bemsiq Group, the Vice President, People & Culture is a key member of Greystone’s senior leadership team. The role is accountable for shaping and executing a people and culture strategy that supports growth, operational excellence, and long-term organizational sustainability within a manufacturing and technology environment. The Vice President leads all aspects of People & Culture, including talent management, leadership development, workforce planning, organizational design, employee experience, and HR governance. Working closely with the executive team, this role translates business priorities into practical, scalable people initiatives while remaining closely connected to the workforce and day-to-day operational realities. A key focus of the role will be strengthening talent acquisition and building the workforce needed to support Greystone’s continued growth. Building on Greystone’s culture, the Vice President will continue to evolve the People & Culture function as a proactive, strategic partner. This includes building and strengthening foundational people practices and capabilities to support a growing organization. The successful candidate will support leaders through change, build organizational capability, and ensure people practices continue to align with business priorities and Greystone’s values.

Requirements

  • Progressive People & Culture leadership experience.
  • Experience operating at a senior leadership level within a growing or evolving organization.
  • A trusted advisor to executive teams.
  • Strong track record of leading change.
  • Strong track record of strengthening talent strategies.
  • Strong track record of scaling organizations.
  • Strong track record of aligning people strategy with business outcomes.
  • A post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or similarly complex operating environment is considered an asset.
  • A professional designation such as CPHR.
