The Vice President, People, Strategy & Advancement is an integral member of Community Reach Center’s Business Services Division. This role is responsible for leading Community Reach Center’s business development, referral growth, market expansion, and strategic partnership initiatives. The position also provides oversight of Human Resources, coordination of internal and external events, monitoring of state and federal policy developments, and stewardship of donor and philanthropic relationships. The role drives sustainable organizational growth by expanding access to services, strengthening referral relationships, identifying emerging market opportunities, and aligning business development strategies with organizational priorities and community needs. Community Reach Center prioritizes empowering individuals living with mental health conditions, engaging with partners to make a lasting impact, and caring for their team on a personal level. Their mission is to enhance community health through evidence-based practices and convenient service locations, ensuring the well-being of their consumers and communities.
