About The Position

This is a senior executive role for a leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. As Vice President, Operations, you will own regional operations across a multi-province portfolio, translating enterprise priorities into field-level results while developing the next generation of operational leaders. You will be accountable for clinic performance, financial outcomes, and leadership culture across your region. You will be the connective tissue between head office and the field, ensuring that what we set out to do actually gets done, and that our dental partners, clinical leaders, and teams feel supported every step of the way. If you are a seasoned operations executive who leads with clarity, builds trust quickly, and knows how to drive performance across a complex, multi-site organization, this role is built for you.

Requirements

• 10 or more years of experience in multi-site operations, including at least 3 years in an executive field leadership role
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field
• Proven success managing scale, complexity, and cross-functional initiatives across a large portfolio
• Strong financial acumen with direct accountability for P&L and operational performance
• A track record of developing leaders and building high-performance teams
• The ability to build alignment across senior stakeholders, field leaders, and clinical partners
• A strategic mindset paired with a bias for execution and accountability

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree preferred
• Experience in dental or healthcare operations is a significant asset

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-aligned strategy across a large regional footprint, overseeing Directors and driving performance outcomes in clinic operations and patient experience
• Translate business goals into operational plans, resourcing, and timelines, and hold the region accountable for delivery
• Own regional P&L, cost structure, and investment prioritization
• Lead enterprise-wide initiatives and system changes within regional field operations
• Monitor strategic KPIs and ensure results reflect enterprise priorities
• Develop Directors and support succession through leadership pipeline planning
• Model inclusive, values-based leadership and reinforce cultural expectations across the region
• Represent 123Dentist with dental partners, clinical leaders, and community stakeholders
• Serve as the executive link between field operations and cross-functional departments including HR, BI, Clinical, and Finance
• Resolve escalated issues and drive continuous improvement through cross-functional governance
