Potentia Human Resources is proud to partner with Mario’s Towing Ltd. to recruit a Vice President of Operations, a newly created leadership role designed to strengthen the operational management of one of British Columbia’s most respected and innovative towing companies. Reporting to and working closely with the General Manager, the Vice President of Operations will serve as a key operational leader and trusted partner in running the day-to-day business. This role will oversee operations across multiple locations, ensure regulatory and legal compliance, and translate strategic priorities into operational execution. The VP Operations will play a critical role in ensuring the company continues to operate efficiently, safely, and in alignment with its values as it grows. This role is particularly well suited to a senior operational leader with strong regulatory, compliance, or legal experience, including lawyers or legally trained professionals interested in applying their expertise in a senior operational leadership role. As the successful candidate, you will also be involved in supporting their associated company, Ram Environmental Response Ltd., in alignment with operational needs. Travel to remote branch locations may be required; primarily day trips. Mario’s Towing is renowned for its commitment to environmental stewardship, customer service, and operational innovation.
