About The Position

Pretium Packaging is seeking a transformational Vice President of Supply Chain to architect and lead enterprise-wide supply chain strategy across a growing North American manufacturing network. This executive will drive procurement, S&OP, planning, logistics, inventory strategy, and supplier performance while improving service levels, reducing working capital, and enabling aggressive commercial growth. Requirements

  • 15+ years progressive supply chain leadership experience
  • 5+ years in executive or senior director-level leadership role
  • Multi-site manufacturing environment experience
  • Proven S&OP leadership in complex demand environments
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Ability to travel 30–50% to manufacturing locations

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in plastics, packaging, chemicals, or high-volume manufacturing preferred
  • Strong sourcing experience in commodity/resin environments preferred
  • MBA strongly preferred
