About The Position

The Vice President of Strategic Partners is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and scaling client relationships across Arke’s portfolio. This individual will operate as a true player-coach — leading a team of Strategic Partners while serving as the executive lead on key accounts to drive strategic impact, operational excellence, and sustained growth. At Arke, Strategic Partners sit at the center of how we create value. As VP, you will elevate that function — guiding teams and clients beyond transactional delivery into true partnership. You will help define vision, align business and digital strategy, and ensure our work consistently drives measurable outcomes. This role requires a consultative leader who can navigate complex digital ecosystems, connect strategy to execution, and confidently lead conversations around scope, investment, and long-term transformation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account services within a digital agency (10+ preferred for VP-level)
  • Proven track record of managing and growing profitable client accounts
  • Strong experience across digital engagements, including websites, platforms, and integrated ecosystems
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing teams
  • Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and executive-level presentation
  • Strong consultative mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience managing scopes, budgets, and contracts (SOWs, MSAs, invoicing)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Deep understanding of digital strategy, UX, technology, and modern web architecture

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the senior strategic advisor across key client relationships
  • Build and maintain trusted partnerships with executive stakeholders
  • Shape long-term vision and ensure alignment between client goals and digital strategy
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Strategic Partners
  • Establish best practices for client engagement, account growth, and governance (e.g., QBRs, account planning)
  • Coach teams through complex client dynamics, scope discussions, and delivery challenges
  • Ensure all client work aligns to business objectives and delivers measurable impact
  • Drive deep client immersion across teams to strengthen strategic relevance
  • Champion proactive thinking—bringing forward new ideas, opportunities, and innovation
  • Own revenue growth and profitability across assigned accounts
  • Identify and unlock organic growth opportunities
  • Oversee scoping, pricing, and contract development (SOWs, MSAs, etc.)
  • Drive financial performance through forecasting, margin management, and disciplined execution
  • Lead and support proposal development and pitch presentations
  • Partner with business development to convert opportunities into long-term engagements
  • Ensure strong governance across accounts, including documentation, billing, and delivery processes
  • Manage multiple client stakeholders, internal teams, and concurrent workstreams
  • Act as the senior escalation point to maintain alignment and momentum
  • Serving as the primary client lead, delivering strategic counsel and relationship management
  • Acting as the bridge between client and agency, ensuring clarity and alignment
  • Managing day-to-day execution across multiple workstreams
  • Driving account growth, profitability, and client satisfaction
  • Developing proposals, presentations, and forward-looking opportunities
  • Managing contracts, budgets, and billing processes
  • Bringing proactive ideas and innovation to every engagement
