The Vice President of Social Services is responsible for the overall leadership, strategy, and operations of the organization’s social services portfolio, including OMH community residences, supportive housing, and OPWDD programs. Reporting to the SVP of Program Operations, the Vice President brings a deep understanding of city, state, and federal regulations, including OMH and OPWDD requirements, supportive housing frameworks, landlord/tenant regulations, Justice Center reporting, and funding and reimbursement structures. This role oversees program performance across multiple service lines, ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and financial sustainability. As a key member of the executive team, the Vice President collaborates across departments to drive organizational goals, expand services, and enhance integration across housing, behavioral health, and social service programs.
