About The Position

Directs the activities of the On Premise Sales, Off Premise Sales, and Marketing departments to grow Reyes Beverage Group's business. Ensures efficient use of company personnel and resources. Maintains strict compliance to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience
  • 7 to 10 years experience in a sales position in a beverage distribution environment
  • Experience coaching, training and supervising employees

Responsibilities

  • Supervise assigned staff to include: Interview, Recruiting, hire, train, coach, counsel, transfer, promote and when necessary discipline and terminate
  • Drive regional talent development and succession planning through strategic coaching and performance reviews
  • Handle customer complaints in a timely and courteous manner
  • Communicate all company and department-related issues as required
  • Champion cultural and operational change across the sales organization, positioning the company for future growth and innovation
  • Lead sales strategy meetings and monthly business performance reviews to drive accountability and progress on objectives
  • Other projects or duties as assigned
