Visual Matrix is seeking an experienced Vice President of Sales to build and lead a world-class sales organization that delivers predictable, scalable Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth while developing exceptional sales talent and fostering a high-performance culture. Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for recruiting outstanding sales talent, establishing scalable sales processes, coaching and developing Account Executives, and building the operating cadence that enables consistent execution and forecast accuracy. This is a highly visible leadership role that partners closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Finance, and Executive Leadership to accelerate growth and establish Visual Matrix as the hospitality technology platform of choice.
