The Vice President of Sales is responsible for driving enterprise revenue growth, market expansion, and sales team performance across all Island Tech Services business units, including: Emergency Vehicle Upfitting Mobile Data Computing, In-Vehicle Video and IoT solutions Information Technology Managed services Fire Apparatus and Equipment Multi-location road service operations This executive leader develops and executes a scalable sales strategy aligned with ITS's operational capacity, technical capabilities, and long-term growth objectives. The VP of Sales is accountable for revenue performance, margin integrity, sales process discipline, and leadership development within the sales organization. This role reports directly to the Executive Vice President of Business Operations and works in close partnership with Operations, Finance, and Systems leadership.
