About The Position

The Vice President of Product will lead multiple product areas within the Product Experience pillar, with a focus on user experience, platform role-based access controls (RBAC), and customer delight. This is a hands-on, build-and-ship leadership role for a senior product executive with a career in ad tech who views UX as a primary lever for platform differentiation and retention. The role owns strategy, roadmap, and execution for product surfaces used by advertisers, publishers, traders, and operators, as well as the permissioning fabric—including RBAC, entitlements, and multi-tenant access—that supports enterprise customers. The VP will lead Directors, product managers, and analysts; partner closely with Engineering and Design; and work directly with major enterprise clients. This foundational role is described as gating Q3 onboarding and shaping the platform’s delivery trajectory over the next two years.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of product management experience.
  • 3+ years at the VP level leading multiple teams in an ad tech or enterprise platform environment.
  • Deep ad tech expertise, including hands-on experience building DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, identity, audience activation, measurement, or related platforms.
  • Fluency in programmatic advertising, RTB, CTV, retail media, and the privacy environment.
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling multi-tenant platforms with real users, rather than only internal tools.
  • Direct experience designing and shipping enterprise or multi-tenant SaaS role-based access control, entitlements, or permissioning systems.
  • Design-led, user-centered product approach, with examples of product surfaces where UX drove differentiation and adoption.
  • Track record of improving customer delight metrics such as adoption, activation, NPS, retention, and time-to-value.
  • Strong technical fluency and ability to engage with Engineering on architecture, data modeling, APIs, and identity.
  • Proven success hiring, developing, and retaining senior product talent.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write specifications, provide executive updates, and engage in client conversations.
  • Bias for action, sound judgment under ambiguity, and a track record of shipping.

Responsibilities

  • Own strategy, roadmap, and execution for user experience, platform RBAC, and customer delight within the Product Experience pillar.
  • Set the UX strategy and quality bar for product surfaces, treating operator, trader, planner, and analyst experiences as first-class concerns and partnering with Design from early concepts through delivery.
  • Own and evolve the platform-wide RBAC and entitlements model, defining secure access to data for teams, agencies, holding companies, advertisers, and partners.
  • Define and drive measurable customer delight outcomes, including adoption, activation, NPS, retention, time-to-value, and support deflection.
  • Lead, hire, develop, and retain a multidisciplinary team of Directors, Senior PMs, PMs, and analysts; establish standards for product craft, written communication, and operating cadence.
  • Partner with Engineering to translate strategy into technical bets and make architecture and delivery trade-offs, particularly for access and identity systems.
  • Run discovery and design partnerships with enterprise advertisers, publishers, and agency partners, and convert client insights into prioritized product work.
  • Establish operating cadence, including planning, reviews, written specifications, and executive updates.
  • Connect product work to advertiser yield, publisher revenue, operator efficiency, and platform reliability.
  • Integrate privacy, governance, and compliance requirements, including GDPR, CCPA, and evolving identity standards, into product design.
  • Represent product areas to internal leadership and externally to clients, partners, and the ad tech community.
  • Anticipate industry and product shifts, including signal loss, retail media, CTV, and AI-native buying, and shape the roadmap accordingly.
  • Define a user-centered design approach and partner with Design and Research.
  • Serve as a visible product evangelist internally and externally.
