Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in SaaS Channel/Partnership leadership, specifically within the MarTech, DXP, or Content Ecosystem space, with a proven track record of driving multi-million dollar partner-influenced ARR.
  • A gift for navigating complex global alliance stakeholder maps (GSIs, global agencies, ISVs) and simplifying the "Bynder value" within large-scale digital transformations.
  • A "get it done" mindset with total accountability for your ecosystem forecast accuracy, building teams with strong business acumen, technical aptitude, and commercial expertise.
  • High EQ and the ability to build strong, global relationships, fostering creativity through passionate, purposeful, and respectful debates.

Responsibilities

  • Owning the global partner P&L under the CRO's organization, driving revenue growth while continuously challenging the status quo through calculated, data-driven risks to unlock hidden market opportunities.
  • Building highly collaborative channels with Product Management to ensure partner feedback is used for continuous product improvement, and collaborating with regional Sales VPs to eliminate channel conflict.
  • Utilizing AI-driven sales tools and advanced predictive data analytics to optimize pipeline forecasting velocity and guide partners on how to monetize Bynder's customizable AI Agents.
