About The Position

The Vice President, Operations is responsible for the efficient management and operation of a variety of departments and services. Working as a member of care site executive teams, the Vice President, Operations has accountability for the day-to-day operations of the medical group practices. Works collaboratively with regional and divisional leaders within the system.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in a healthcare field, culminating in a broad strategic, clinical, and operational base.
  • Demonstrated operational, financial, leadership, and decision-making capabilities.

  • Experience leading operational change and improvement strategies.
  • Skilled in leading the development and implementation of comprehensive, coordinated, and integrated care models and clinical services across multiple care sites.
