About The Position

The Vice President, Operations is responsible for the efficient management and operation of a variety of departments and services. Working as a member of care site executive teams, the Vice President, Operations has accountability for the day-to-day operations of the medical group practices. Works collaboratively with regional and divisional leaders within the system.

Requirements

Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in a healthcare field, culminating in a broad strategic, clinical, and operational base.
Demonstrated operational, financial, leadership, and decision-making capabilities.

Previous experience leading services or strategic initiatives.
Experience leading operational change and improvement strategies.
Skilled in leading the development and implementation of comprehensive, coordinated, and integrated care models and clinical services across multiple care sites.
Proven track record leading operational performance across multiple care sites, business units, and departments.
