About The Position

This is an opportunity to play a meaningful role in the continued growth and success of a high-performing ambulatory surgery. You’ll work closely with experienced clinical, physician, and business leaders while having the autonomy to make decisions, improve operations, develop teams, and shape the future of the Surgery Center. The role offers the opportunity to broaden your healthcare business experience, deepen your understanding of ASC operations and financial performance, and grow within the Constitution Surgery Alliance organization.

Requirements

• Strong business judgment and financial acumen, with comfort working with budgets, financial statements, data, and operational metrics.
• An interest in understanding case costing and the financial drivers of an ASC, including labor, supplies, implants, case mix, and utilization.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with physicians, leaders, staff, and external partners.
• The ability to work successfully with a wide range of personalities, perspectives, and priorities.
• Sound judgment, confidence, and strong problem-solving skills, with a solutions-oriented approach.
• The ability to establish clear expectations, foster accountability, and navigate conflict constructively.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands and move initiatives forward.
