Requirements

  • Background in B2B technology, SaaS, or platform/infrastructure companies serving enterprise or upper mid-market customers
  • Strong understanding of how modern enterprise technology is bought, sold, and implemented
  • Naturally curious mindset with a habit of asking thoughtful questions and investing time in learning and research
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and bring structure to complex work
  • Self-starter mentality with strong initiative and a proactive, “get things done” approach
  • Strategic thinker capable of developing and executing thoughtful strategies independently

Nice To Haves

  • Prefer experience working within the Microsoft ecosystem, including partner-first and co-sell environments.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead product and company positioning, including competitive differentiation, and clearly articulate why we win, not just what we do
  • Define, protect, and evolve messaging, holding the line against drift and maintaining clarity as the business scales
  • Design and operate repeatable go-to-market frameworks across direct sales, channel partners, and ecosystem-led motions
  • Define ICPs, market segments, GTM motions, and handoffs in close collaboration with Sales, Channel, and Product teams
  • Build and evolve modern B2B demand programs, prioritizing learning and signal before scale in enterprise and partner-driven environments
  • Launch, test, and refine demand motions, clearly assessing what works, what doesn’t, and why, with disciplined focus on impact
  • Continuously adapt marketing strategy and execution using modern tools and approaches (AI, automation, new channels) without chasing hype
  • Communicate marketing strategy, tradeoffs, and outcomes clearly and credibly to executives and board-level stakeholders
  • Partner closely with Sales and Channel leaders, absorbing field feedback while maintaining ownership of positioning and GTM design
  • Own brand consistency across the full market experience, website, sales motions, partners, and ecosystem, with a bias toward simplicity
  • Gather and synthesize insights from customers, partners, and the broader ecosystem to inform strategy and execution
  • Make clear decisions, set boundaries, and stop work that no longer serves the strategy, even under pressure or scrutiny
