Rockstar is recruiting for a VP of Marketing on behalf of our client, a dynamic and innovative company operating in the legal and real estate technology sectors. They are seeking a senior leader to drive their marketing strategy and growth. The Role This role is for a VP of Marketing to lead the client's marketing organization and define the strategy that drives revenue growth, category positioning, and expansion into new verticals. This is a senior leadership role responsible for setting direction, building and leading a multi-disciplinary marketing team, and partnering closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and RevOps. The VP of Marketing owns the end-to-end marketing system: positioning, ABM and demand strategy, pipeline impact, operating cadence, and team scale. Reporting Line: Reports to the CRO (interim CRO in the immediate term), operating as a senior partner to Sales, Product, and Customer Success leadership. Scope & Ownership - Full ownership of marketing strategy, budget, org design, and performance outcomes - Authority over positioning, messaging, GTM programs, and marketing investment priorities - Accountability for marketing's contribution to pipeline, revenue growth, and market expansion
