You will also direct the organization's website and social media strategy, ensuring a vibrant online presence that fosters brand building and member engagement. Requirements

10+ years of experience
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
Experience in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans with strong evidence of growth over average.
Hands-on experience with branding, project management, product development, digital and traditional marketing, printing and production.
Experience as a division leader, having responsibility for planning, personnel management, budget development and bottom-line performance.
Strategic thinker with the ability to build innovative strategies combined with tactical ability to execute.
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in an environment of multiple and shifting priorities, high urgency, and tight deadlines.
Ability to analyze, decide, and act quickly.
Demonstrated ability to inspire others and build effective teams, as well as being a strategic thinker and an excellent communicator
