About The Position

WunderGraph is a fast-growing startup aiming to bring everyone together to build digital products end-to-end, from interface design to API implementation. They provide a platform to go from sketch to product in a collaborative experience, with the goal of removing friction in bringing digital ideas to life. Developers from major companies use WunderGraph to design and streamline their API environments. The company raised $7.5 million USD in Series A funding in March 2025, backed by eBay, Karma Ventures, and Aspenwood Ventures. WunderGraph emphasizes a strong company culture and invites individuals who want to make an impact, have their voice heard, and work in a no-BS organization to apply. This role is for a marketer with startup energy who understands how to build the engine that scales product-market fit. WunderGraph is at a pivotal growth stage and needs someone to accelerate this growth. The ideal candidate has grown SaaS companies before, ideally dev-first and API-native, and is ready to do so again. They should be proactive in building systems, running experiments, optimizing funnel metrics, and shaping market narratives. This is an opportunity to own and scale demand generation, pipeline, brand, and more, with the ability to sketch out new Go-To-Market motions and launch campaigns that significantly increase qualified leads. The role requires someone who is scrappy, data-obsessed, creative, and results-focused.

Requirements

  • A track record of growth or marketing leadership in fast-growing B2B SaaS, especially in dev-first environments
  • Deep understanding of enterprise software markets, developer tools, and APIs
  • Proven experience running data-driven campaigns that drove pipeline and revenue
  • Hands-on experience with the full GTM stack: from paid channels to SEO, ABM, PLG and beyond
  • Sales exposure. You’ve been close to the deals, you get what brings revenue
  • Passion for experimentation: you build fast, test hard, and pivot quickly
  • Strong communication skills across written, verbal, and visual formats
  • Fluency in funnel metrics and ROI math such as CAC, LTV, SQLs, and beyond
  • Comfort leading with action: roll up your sleeves, get the hands dirty, lead by example
  • Experience working in remote, distributed teams
  • A customer-first mindset, you obsess over developers and what makes them tick

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the Go-To-Market strategy across all channels
  • Run growth experiments across the funnel and see what works best
  • Launch integrated campaigns (digital, content, partnerships, events)
  • Shape and refine messaging and positioning that speaks to developers, platform engineers, and CTOs
  • Build, track, and optimize the marketing funnel with precision
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Success for alignment and shared goals
  • Implement and manage tools like Salesforce, Koala, Active Campaign, analytics, and automation
  • Lead thought leadership initiatives: blogs, conferences, webinars
  • Develop and scale brand identity and awareness
  • Recruit and lead a small, high-performing marketing team as needed
