At H&R Block, the Vice President of Marketing Operations plays a critical enterprise role in bringing discipline, clarity, and scalability to how marketing plans, prioritizes, and operates. This leader owns the operating system that enables marketing teams to execute with rigor and transparency—aligning resources, budgets, workflows, and timelines to enterprise priorities. With broad, enterprise scope, the VP of Marketing Operations leads annual and integrated planning, marketing workflow and calendar management, capacity and resource planning, and marketing budget oversight. This role partners closely with Marketing leadership, Finance, and enterprise governance teams to drive operational excellence—so marketing teams can focus on delivering impact while operating with clarity and accountability.
