Requirements

• Over 5 years of relevant experience in the homebuilding industry.

Responsibilities

• Acquisition and development of residential lots and land in the Minneapolis market.
• Acquire, entitle, engineer, and develop residential lots and land.
• Negotiate and execute all contracts.
• Underwrite all acquisitions.
• Manage all engineering and governmental approvals for land development.
• Manage all potential acquisition budgets and costs.
• Recruit, train, and manage additional staff as needed.
