Clemens Food Group is looking for a Vice President of IT & Information Systems to shape the future of our technology landscape, driving innovation, scalability, and business alignment across the enterprise. This is a high-impact leadership role with visibility at the executive level and a clear path to the Senior Leadership Team. You won’t just run IT—you’ll transform it. Requirements

  • Proven executive leadership experience in IT / IS (CIO, CTO, or VP-level)
  • Strong track record of enterprise transformation and strategic execution
  • Experience with SAP and modern enterprise systems (JDA, AI exposure a plus)
  • Ability to lead through influence, develop talent, and drive accountability
  • Business acumen with a mindset of continuous improvement and ownership

Responsibilities

  • Set and execute the enterprise IT strategy and roadmap aligned to business growth
  • Define and lead the organization’s AI implementation strategy, including identifying use cases, prioritizing investments, and driving adoption across business functions
  • Lead large-scale technology initiatives, including AI strategy and digital transformation
  • Build, coach, and scale a high-performing IT organization (20 team members)
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure IT is a trusted, value-driving business enabler
  • Oversee infrastructure, enterprise systems (SAP), vendor relationships, and governance
  • Identify gaps, simplify complexity, and elevate systems toward best-in-class performance
  • Represent IT in executive discussions, customer engagements, and strategic planning
