About The Position

The Vice President of Information Technology will lead the strategic direction and operational management of the IT function within a production environment, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. This role is responsible for driving innovation, overseeing technology infrastructure, and implementing robust security measures to protect company assets. The VP will collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute IT strategies that enhance operational efficiency and support growth initiatives. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in strategic planning and execution of IT initiatives at an executive level.
• Strong knowledge of IT operations, security frameworks, and hardware platforms relevant to manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management principles and change management methodologies.
• Executive presence and leadership are essential for effectively guiding IT teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strategic planning and execution skills enable the VP to align technology initiatives with business goals and drive measurable outcomes.
• Change management expertise is critical for managing transitions and ensuring user adoption of new systems and processes.
• Project management principles are applied daily to oversee complex IT projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and budgets.
• A strong focus on information technology operations, security, business analysis, and hardware platforms ensures the IT environment is robust, secure, and optimized to support manufacturing operations.

• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Information Technology.
• Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, or ITIL.
• Experience with digital transformation initiatives and Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards specific to manufacturing.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale IT infrastructure upgrades and security enhancements.
