Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred
10+ years of experience in hospitality leadership with strategic oversight
Deep understanding of hospitality innovation, operations, and guest experience strategy
Proficient in business planning, data analysis, and organizational development
Strong project management and cross-functional leadership abilities

Responsibilities

Define and execute long-term hospitality strategy aligned with company goals
