About The Position

Membership Coordinator – The Hand & The Eye The Hand & The Eye is seeking a Membership Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our Membership team. This role helps manage inquiries, applications, billing coordination, and internal communication to ensure a smooth and thoughtful member experience from first contact through onboarding. This is a highly organized, detail-driven role ideal for someone who enjoys supporting relationship-focused work through strong execution. The schedule for this role will be based on business needs.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, or operations role
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
  • Comfort working in CRM systems (Peoplevine a plus)
  • Clear communication and professional discretion
  • Service-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

  • Support membership inquiries, intake, and application processing
  • Maintain accurate records and status updates in Peoplevine
  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and administrative coordination with Finance
  • Track documentation, payments, and internal reporting needs
  • Coordinate across Membership, Operations, Magic, and Guest Relations teams
  • Support onboarding preparation and internal follow-ups
  • Assist with floor support and member experiences as needed
