Job Summary The Assistant Membership Manager supports the day-to-day execution of The Hand & The Eye’s membership program. This role partners closely with the Head of Membership to manage application workflows, track data, and deliver thoughtful, consistent communication. When needed, this role acts as the department lead to ensure a seamless member experience.

Requirements

3–6 years of hospitality, membership, or relationship-driven experience
Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
Excellent written communication and judgment
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
CRM experience required (Peoplevine a plus)
Discretion, professionalism, and a service-first mindset

Responsibilities

Review and manage membership applications from intake through decision
Track application status, outreach, and follow-ups in Peoplevine
Draft and manage applicant and member communications
Support intake pacing, internal coordination, and handoffs
Maintain a visible floor presence and assist with member engagement and onboarding
