About The Position

Home Care Providers is a rapidly expanding home health organization operating across multiple states and serving thousands of patients through its Medicare-certified agencies. As the company continues its aggressive growth throughout Broward County and expands into Palm Beach County, it is seeking an exceptional healthcare sales professional with a proven track record of high-volume Medicare admissions and building strong referral relationships across the healthcare continuum. This is a senior-level sales role focused on driving admissions growth and market expansion, not an entry-level marketing position.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of successful Home Health Sales and Marketing experience.
Demonstrated Medicare Home Health sales experience with verifiable results.
Proven ability to generate a minimum of 50 Medicare admissions per month.
Minimum 5 consecutive years with at least one Home Health employer in a sales or marketing leadership role.
Established referral relationships throughout Broward and/or Palm Beach Counties.
Strong understanding of Medicare Home Health eligibility, regulations, and referral development.
History of exceeding admission and census growth targets.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Resume detailing Medicare admissions generated during the past 24 months, markets and territories managed, length of tenure with each employer, major referral sources developed, and admissions growth achievements and census results.

Responsibilities

Developing, managing, and expanding referral relationships with physicians, hospital systems, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, case managers, discharge planners, and other referral sources throughout Broward and Palm Beach Counties.
Driving significant Medicare census growth.
Establishing Home Care Providers as the preferred home health partner within the market.
Generating and sustaining a minimum of 50 Medicare admissions per month.
Developing strategic partnerships throughout Broward and Palm Beach Counties.
Expanding referral source relationships and increasing market share.
Representing the organization at industry events and networking opportunities.
Collaborating with operational leadership to ensure exceptional patient outcomes and referral satisfaction.
Contributing to acquisition integration and market expansion initiatives.
