The Vice President of Government Services will have full commercial responsibility for revenue and profitability for all government channels with primary responsibility in the Veterans Administration segment. This role is responsible for growing, re-defining, developing, and managing all government channels (Veterans Administration, Department of Defense, state, local, etc.). The VP will hold primary influence over and responsibility for revenue, customer support, marketing, and other commercial matters for Government Services. They will set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and monitor performance to those targets. This role requires collaboration with global and local operations, marketing, quality, R&D, product management, and other departments to ensure products and software meet customer needs in the desired timeframes. Additionally, the VP will manage and develop a sales leadership team capable of successfully carrying out sales initiatives and strategically manage the placement of products into government contract categories, including managing the launch cadence of those products. The position provides leadership and counsel to the sales organization in implementing sales organization objectives that appropriately reflect ReSound’s business goals and partners with senior leadership to identify and drive opportunities for sales process improvement.
