About The Position

The Baltimore Ravens are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and visionary Vice President of Food & Beverage and Retail Operations to lead and oversee all food and beverage and retail activity at M&T Bank Stadium. This vice president-level role serves as the primary point of contact and internal operator between the Baltimore Ravens organization and our key partners — LEVY Restaurants (F&B provider) and Fanatics (retail provider) — ensuring best-in-class guest experiences across all touchpoints. This position is both strategic and operational in nature. The Vice President will be responsible for the full P&L of the F&B and retail enterprise, driving revenue, managing costs, and building a culture of excellence, integrity, and hospitality that reflects the Baltimore Ravens brand. The Vice President oversees all catering, concessions, premium dining, suites, clubs, and stadium hospitality programs — managing these through our partner relationships while providing ownership-level accountability and vision.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum 8-10 years of progressive leadership experience in food & beverage and/or retail, hospitality operations, with at least 4-6 years of senior leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale F&B and/or retail operations in a stadium, arena, convention center, resorts, or comparable high-volume entertainment venue.
  • Proven track record of P&L ownership and financial management in a complex, multi-channel operation.
  • Experience managing third-party operator or vendor partnerships (contract management, performance accountability, relationship management).
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, influence, and hold accountable cross-functional and partner teams.
  • Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and contract negotiation.
  • Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment in high-pressure, high-visibility environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working within a professional sports organization (NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, MLS, or similar).
  • Familiarity with LEVY Restaurants, Aramark, or Delaware North and/or Fanatics as operational partners.
  • Knowledge of current F&B technology platforms (POS systems, mobile ordering, cashless payment).
  • Understanding of current retail trends in licensed sports merchandise and fan experience retail.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive F&B and retail strategy aligned with Baltimore Ravens organizational goals, fan experience priorities, and revenue targets.
  • Serve as the Ravens’ primary relationship manager and accountable leader with LEVY and Fanatics, setting expectations, reviewing performance, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Lead long-term planning for F&B and retail programming, including capital investment recommendations, technology adoption, menu innovation, and retail assortment strategy.
  • Benchmark against best-in-class NFL and live entertainment venues to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Partner with senior leadership to shape the overall stadium guest experience strategy.
  • Serve as a member of the stadium operations senior leadership team, contributing to organizational strategy and long-term venue planning.
  • Assist with the business development of Relentless Events the private events wing for the Baltimore Ravens.
  • Oversee day-to-day F&B and retail operations for all game days and stadium events, including catering, concessions, premium dining, club lounges, suite service, and retail stores/kiosks.
  • Ensure operational readiness and flawless execution across all event types including NFL games, concerts, and special events.
  • Collaborate with LEVY and Fanatics leadership to manage staffing levels, service standards, training programs, and operational protocols.
  • Drive accountability with partner organizations through defined service-level agreements, KPIs, and regular performance reviews.
  • Serve as the escalation point for operational issues; proactively resolve challenges to protect guest experience and revenue.
  • 3rd party full stadium operations leadership.
  • Own the full P&L for food & beverage and retail operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
  • Drive revenue maximization across all F&B and retail channels through strategic pricing, programming, and guest experience initiatives.
  • Identify and execute cost management opportunities without compromising quality or guest satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and manage contractual financial terms with LEVY and Fanatics, including revenue share, capital contributions, and incentive structures.
  • Provide regular financial reporting and business updates to Ravens senior leadership.
  • Set annual financial targets in partnership with the CFO/Finance leadership and present quarterly business reviews to executive leadership.
  • Champion a culture of hospitality, integrity, and excellence across all F&B and retail operations and partner teams.
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with LEVY and Fanatics at all levels — from senior leadership to frontline management — to align on culture, standards, and execution.
  • Lead internal initiatives to recognize outstanding service performance and embed Ravens values into the stadium hospitality culture.
  • Represent the Baltimore Ravens in industry forums, partner planning sessions, and vendor negotiations.
  • Serve as an ambassador of the Ravens brand within all guest-facing food, beverage, and retail environments.
  • Work closely with the Marketing, Partnerships, Premium Services, and Guest Experience teams to integrate F&B and retail programming with broader organizational initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Stadium Operations, Events, and Security to ensure smooth coordination on event days.
  • Partner with the Ravens legal and finance teams on contract compliance, auditing, and risk management.
  • Support new business development opportunities including catering contracts, private events, and non-NFL event programming.
  • Oversee all North Plaza food, beverage, and retail activations on gamedays, ensuring seamless execution, staffing, vendor coordination, and guest experience.
  • Lead and manage North Plaza operations on non-gameday dates, including routine maintenance, vendor scheduling, and space readiness.
  • Negotiate, manage, and maintain contracts with promoters utilizing the North Plaza space, ensuring compliance with team standards and financial targets.
  • Plan and execute small-scale concerts and live entertainment events in the North Plaza, coordinating with artists, production teams, promoters, and internal departments.
  • Develop and execute a calendar of curated events in the North Plaza designed to drive traffic and fan engagement, including but not limited to: UFC watch parties, March Madness viewing events, FIFA World Cup activations, World Series watch parties, and other major sporting or cultural moments.
