About The Position

RPM Ventures LLC is seeking an experienced Vice President of Finance / Chief Financial Officer to join our leadership team and serve as a strategic financial partner to ownership and senior management. RPM Ventures is a growing, multi-location organization with operations across multiple states. We are looking for a operationally minded financial leader who combines strong financial expertise with practical business judgment and can translate financial information into actionable business decisions.

Requirements

Significant senior-level finance experience as a VP of Finance, CFO, Head of Finance, or similar role.
Strong financial planning, forecasting, cash-flow management, and analytical capabilities.
Experience developing KPIs and management reporting that drive business decisions.
Strong understanding of operational performance and its connection to financial results.
Experience evaluating capital investments, growth opportunities, pricing, and profitability.
Strong business judgment and the ability to communicate financial information clearly to owners and operating leaders.
Comfortable working in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment.
Experience helping a growing company strengthen and professionalize its financial and operational management.

Nice To Haves

Experience with a multi-location, franchise, retail, automotive, or service-based business is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial modeling.
Develop meaningful KPIs, dashboards, and management reporting to provide clear visibility into company and location-level performance.
Analyze financial and operating results to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
Manage and forecast cash flow, liquidity, capital requirements, and capital allocation.
Evaluate profitability, pricing strategies, and operating performance.
Analyze new locations, capital investments, financing opportunities, and other growth initiatives.
Partner with ownership and operational leadership on strategic planning and major business decisions.
Help develop scalable financial and operational processes as the company grows.
Maintain relationships with banking and financial partners.
Coordinate with outside accounting, tax, and advisory firms on accounting, tax, and financial-reporting matters.
