LifeSouth Community Blood Centers is seeking a strategic, innovative, and results-driven executive to join its leadership team as Vice President of Facilities and Asset Management. This role is responsible for driving organizational growth through the development and execution of new ventures, real estate strategy, capital projects, and facilities operations. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who can balance long-term strategic planning with hands-on project execution. In this role, you will identify growth opportunities, lead complex initiatives, oversee real estate and construction projects, and ensure facilities and physical assets support organizational success. This position is aligned with LifeSouth's Headquarters in Gainesville, Florida; however, candidates may reside anywhere within the organization's service area, with regular travel to headquarters and operational locations as needed.
