About The Position
TAKKT Foodservices, a division of the TAKKT Group, is a leading B2B omnichannel distributor of food service equipment and supplies, encompassing brands like Hubert and Central Restaurant Product. We are seeking a Vice President of eCommerce to lead our digital strategy, drive online growth, and enhance the customer experience across our brands. This is a key leadership role for a strategic individual passionate about digital commerce and business expansion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, eCommerce, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in eCommerce, digital strategy, or online business growth.
- Proven success leading omnichannel and digital commerce initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions and performance improvements.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams and cross-functional partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Lead the overall eCommerce strategy to drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer acquisition.
- Own and optimize the digital customer journey across all online touchpoints.
- Partner with Marketing to align demand generation, branding, and conversion strategies.
- Leverage analytics, customer insights, and market intelligence to improve site performance.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives and adoption of modern eCommerce technologies.
- Oversee website performance, merchandising strategy, personalization, and conversion optimization.
- Develop KPI dashboards and reporting to measure business performance and customer engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless omnichannel experience.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and investment decisions tied to digital growth initiatives.
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing eCommerce teams.
